Nandivahan Developers was formed in 2026. The firm carries a record that predates it — eleven buildings, standing across four Mumbai suburbs, delivered under one roof by one team.
Nandi is Shiva's vahana — his mount, and the one who waits at the gate.
In temple tradition, Nandi is a figure of patience, and of guarding what has been entrusted to him.
We took the name because it says plainly what we intend to be for every society we work with: patient, and careful with what is placed in our care.
Two directors, equal in every way
Both are directors of Nandivahan, and nothing else — equal in prominence, equal in standing.
